ALPOLIC® is one of the world's leading manufacturers of aluminum and metal composite materials and owned by Mitsubishi. This brand campaign humanizes ALPOLIC® by using terminology like "We Understand" and "Let's Build" to encourage a partnership with their customer. The brief was to create a set of sales materials that would differentiate ALPOLIC® from their competition. As the sole art director/designer on the project, I noticed that their competitor wasn't taking advantage of the beautiful architectural shots that their product materials lend themselves to. I saw an opportunity to showcase the photography while minimizing the design. The photos within the brochures feature architects reviewing plans or working within the manufacturing plant which represents that ALPOLIC®'s success has been a team effort.

One of the factors that I considered for the sales team was how to quickly differentiate between the five sales brochures. Their old materials looked similar to one another, so it would seem difficult to sort through a pile if one were multitasking. I included tabs along the front edge so when they were fanned out on a table, you could easily read Corporate Overview, Architectural, Corporate Identity, Sustainable and Technical Brochure.
